Training Schedule

The following are our scheduled sessions for Winter '24/'25.

Swim:
We have two coached sessions in Aura Drogheda, an endurance session on Thursday's from 21:00 to 22:00 and a technique session on Saturday from 18:00 to 19:00.

Bike:
We have a virtual spin class on Wednesday evenings at 20:00 (turbo trainer needed) and a group outdoor cycle at 09:00 on Sunday mornings.

Run:
Our track session in held Monday evenings at 20:00 at the Lourdes Stadium Drogheda.

New Members:
New members can come join us for up to 3 sessions to see if they would like to join the club.
